Semi-Mortised Door Bottom

A semi-mortised automatic door bottom is always supplied with this assembly. This door bottom allows for a higher undercut. Automatic door bottoms are a good choice when flooring conditions are unknown, as they offer up to a 3/4" undercut.

Single Magnetic Perimeter Seals

This door is equipped with a single Magnetic door sealing system. It consists of a single magnetic perimeter seal. Magnetic seals allow the use of a wide range of electrical hardware, such as electric locks and strikes. Due to their zero preload against the door leaf, the sensitive electronics are not compromised.
