The Data Sheet Ordering Program is perfect for those who need their doors or windows, but not approval drawings. Get your doors and windows sooner by eliminating the traditional approval process.

Yes! Overly’s Data Sheet Pre-Processor, an experienced and knowledgeable member of our staff, will walk you through the forms and help you every step of the way.

WITHOUT APPROVALS, HOW CAN I BE SURE OF WHAT I’M GETTING?

When the forms have been completed and checked by our staff for accuracy and hardware compatibility, you will be provided with final copies. These copies will show exactly what information we will use to build your doors.

TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Download the data sheet for the product you want to order.

2. Complete the data sheet with as much information as you can to reduce the time to gather all the information needed so that your order may be quickly processed. The information for each mark number placed on a data sheet must be identical. If any feature/information to be listed defining the opening(s) is different, a new data sheet must be filled out for each unique set of information.

3. If you need help along the way, contact an Overly Sales Representative and they will assist with any questions and help guide you through the data sheet ordering process. Please keep in mind that the Data Sheet Ordering Program may not be appropriate for all projects. Use of these forms will be at the discretion of Overly Door Company.

When executing the specific product ordering forms, if supplying your own frame or have an existing frame, or when ordering an acoustical or bullet resistant wood door, please also download and complete the appropriate form from the Miscellaneous Order Sheet section below.
